Stop the sedantary lifestyle- If you have never done any exercises before or you have been slacking in them, it is time to adopt a more active lifestyle. Start slow in your routines. The best way to start is by slow running or brisk walking in the park on a regular basis. Do this 3 time a week for about 20-30 minutes per session. A healthy body will produce a strong mind and this will help you to handle any stress in your life.
If you really want to get back your freedom and live an anxiety-free life, you must make these sacrifices. No amount of treatments can produce the best result to cure your anxiety disorder symptoms if you don’t want to make these changes.
